Manage, monitor, and optimise cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and on-premise Windows/Linux servers for Solvitron's managed clients under 24/7 uptime SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Ubuntu/CentOS Linux servers
- Manage cloud services across AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Azure VMs, and GCP instances
- Configure automated cloud backup pipelines and disaster recovery runbooks
- Monitor server health, CPU, memory, and disk using Nagios / Zabbix / Datadog
- Apply OS patches, security updates, and hardening policies on schedule
- Install and manage IIS, Apache, NGINX, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, DNS zones, and domain configurations
- Respond to server alerts and P1 incidents within 15-minute SLA windows
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of server or cloud administration experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server and at least one Linux distro
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications are a strong plus)
- Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Acronis, AWS Backup, rsync)
- Understanding of security hardening, firewall management, and access control
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash for automation
- Experience with virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox)
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure Administrator preferred
