IT Support Intern

A hands-on internship for aspiring IT professionals. Learn real-world remote support, troubleshooting, and client communication under the mentorship of certified senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in handling Level 1 remote support tickets
• Shadow live remote support sessions and document resolution steps
• Research and update the internal IT knowledge base articles
• Help configure end-user systems, email accounts, and software installs
• Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups
• Complete structured learning milestones each month

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and common software applications
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection and a working PC/laptop
• Available for minimum 5 hours/day, Mon–Fri
