Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications for Solvitron and its global clients — from WordPress/WooCommerce to custom PHP/React projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Build and customise WordPress/WooCommerce themes and plugins
- Work with PHP backends and MySQL/MariaDB databases
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (Core Web Vitals, schema markup, canonical tags)
- Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, CRMs, analytics)
- Manage domain configurations, cPanel / Plesk hosting, and SSL certificates
- Conduct website speed optimisation (Lighthouse score 90+)
- Collaborate with design team to produce pixel-perfect UI from Figma mockups
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one JS framework (React/Vue)
- Solid experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP (OOP)
- Understanding of SEO principles and Google Search Console
- Experience with Git version control (GitHub / GitLab)
- Familiarity with Linux CLI, Apache/NGINX, and cPanel hosting
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code
- Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
- Portfolio of at least 3 live production websites required
